Shipping & Postage Information
At Pretty Pops, we take great care in preparing and shipping your custom edible image lollipops and treats to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Below are the details regarding our shipping process, delivery options, and expected timeframes.
Order Lead Time
All of our treats are custom-made to order. To ensure the highest quality and meet your expectations, we recommend placing your order at least 1-2 weeks in advance. Please note, orders must be placed and paid for at the point of sale for us to begin production. Custom designs, such as edible images and themed treats, require time to create, package, and ship.
Shipping Within Australia
We currently ship within Australia only. Once your order is ready for shipment, we use trusted third-party couriers to deliver your treats to your doorstep.
Express Shipping: As your items are consumables, we offer express shipping. Delivery typically occurs within 1-3 business days after dispatch (depending on your location).
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and destination of your order. For a more accurate estimate, please contact us directly, or during checkout, you will see the total shipping fees based on your location.
Packaging
Our products are consumables, and we take special care in packaging to ensure that they arrive safely. However, while we strive to ensure everything is packed securely, we cannot guarantee that damage won’t occur during shipping. We highly recommend checking your order upon arrival. We always send a photo of your order when it is packaged to reassure you of the quality and condition at the point of dispatch.
Pick-Up and Personal Delivery (Perth Metro Area Only)
For customers within the Perth Metro area, we offer pick-up and personal delivery options from Monday to Friday. Please note that these options are only available for local customers and are arranged by appointment. If you prefer to pick up your order or have it delivered personally within Perth, please contact us to arrange the details.
Storage and Handling Upon Arrival
As our treats are consumable products, we advise that they are handled carefully upon delivery:
Storage: We recommend refrigerating your lollipops and treats until your event, but please be aware that refrigeration may cause condensation.
Presentation: Before presenting your treats, allow them to come to room temperature to avoid condensation and ensure the best appearance and taste.
Heat Sensitivity: Please keep in mind that our treats are made of sugar-based candy, and direct sunlight or heat can cause them to melt. Store them in a cool, dry place.
Returns and Damages
As our products are consumables, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if your order arrives damaged or if you have any concerns regarding its condition, please reach out to us immediately. We will do our best to resolve any issues, but please note that any damage during shipping should be reported directly to the third-party courier.
