4. How long does it take to receive my order?
We recommend placing your order at least 1-2 weeks in advance to ensure we have enough time to create your custom treats. Please note that our products are consumables, and as such, all items are made to order. We do not keep pre-made lollipops in stock, so they are custom-made after purchase. Orders must be paid at the point of sale to ensure we start creating your treats. If you have a specific deadline or event date, please let us know, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.

5. Do you offer delivery?
Yes! We offer delivery options, but please note that we only ship within Australia. For customers within the Perth Metro area, we offer pick-up and personal delivery options from Monday to Friday. Delivery fees may vary, so please contact us for a quote.

Yes! Pick-up is available as an option at checkout. Once your order is ready, our team will coordinate with you to arrange a suitable day and time for collection before your event.

11. Shipping and Packaging
Please note that our items are consumables, and while we take great care in packaging and shipping your order, we cannot guarantee that damage won’t occur during transit. We always send a photo of your order when packaged to reassure you of the quality and condition at the time of postage. Any issues with damage during shipping should be addressed with the third-party courier.

12. How should I store my lollipops and treats before my event?
To maintain the quality and condition of your treats, we recommend storing them in the refrigerator before your event. However, please note that refrigeration can cause condensation. To avoid this, we suggest letting the lollipops and treats reach room temperature before presenting them. Keep in mind that as they are sugar-based, they will melt in direct sunlight or heat, so ensure they are kept in a cool, dry place.

13. Why is there a minimum order of 15 lollipops?

To ensure the highest quality and efficiency in our production process, a minimum order of 15 lollipops is required at checkout. This requirement is due to the specialized manufacturing process involved in creating our custom lollipops, which includes preparation, printing, and packaging. Producing orders in batches allows us to maintain product consistency, minimize waste, and offer competitive pricing.
